Jet Grouting columns

Columns are the result of high pressure injection in soil. Cement suspension flows in soils through
injection nozzles. Column forming process is based on mixing of the grout with the soil carried out
under high pressure of 30-55 MPa.

Main applications of jet grouting columns:

  • reinforcement of soil with insufficient bearing capacity under the existing and newly built foundations to transmit designed loads on adequate soil layers,
  • form secant pile walls and sealing slabs,
  • sealing of joints between columns, diaphragm walls, sheet piles and dams.
